Merci pour les infos. Philippe l'a posté sur un forum Britannique et ce soldat a servi en France entre le 6 juillet 1915 et le 12 décembre 1917 au 4th Royal Fusilliers.
Une grande partie des archives de ce régiment étant disparues par les bombardements de la seconde guerre mondiale, il sera peut-être difficile de retrouver sa trace même si l'on peut toujours essayer de retrouver sa naissance ce qui serait déjà une bonne base de départ. 
Le lien de David ne renvoie qu'à la fiche de ses médailles sans autre mention pouvant permettre une recherche par l'état civil.
En 1920, il était encore vivant mais après ??

le 4th bat du Royal Fusilier est levé à Parkhurst (Isle de Wight) en 1914.
il est intégré à la 9th Brigade de la  3rd Division.
débarque au Havre le 13 Aout 1914.
