ARTHUR BOAM is shown on the 1891 census as Frederick's stepson (6 step-children in all and one of the marriage), so presumably Ellen's second marriage. He's moved away by 1901 (but back in 1911) and they have children together. In which case, this would appear to be him at Tyne Cot -
CWGC.
Possible he'd been fully adopted by Frederick by the time of his death or perhaps just a mark of full acceptance.
Edit - some papers (about 6 pages) of Arthur's survive. NoK Ellen Derbyshire, mother.

Arthur Graney
Private 268909
11th Bn., Sherwood Foresters (Notts and Derby) Regt.
Died 10th September 1918 aged 33.
Grave ref. Giavera Memorial Italy.
Arthur Graney was born in 1885 at Ironville, Derbyshire, son of Joseph and Emily Graney. The 1891 Census, records the family, then living at Victoria Street, Ironville as follows:- Joseph (aged 26 years) a forge labourer, Emily (aged 26 years), Lilian (
, and Arthur (6).
Arthur married in 1908 and lived with his wife, Sarah Elizabeth (nee Shannon) on Laverick Road, as indicated in the 1918 Absent Voters Electoral Roll. Arthur and Sarah had two children named Nora and Walter. His parents Joseph and Emily Graney later moved to Selston Road, Jacksdale. Arthur’s sister Lillian married Arthur Butlin in 1909.
Joseph & Emily parents of Arthur
Arthur enlisted at Eastwood, Notts, date unknown and on Tuesday 10th September 1918, was killed in action whilst serving in the line, near Serona, Italy. The Sherwood Foresters Roll states that he was thirty three years old at time of death.
Arthur Graney is mentioned in the ‘Butterley Company’s Roll of Honour – Colliery Workers – Names and particulars of employees who have left the Butterley Company to serve the country in the European War of 1914′. Arthur is listed as working at the Birchwood Colliery as a stoker before his enlistment on 24th May 1917. A note on the roll indicates that Arthur was married, aged 32 on enlistment, but a later note lists him as ‘missing’.
Private Graney has no known grave and is commemorated on the Giavera Memorial, Italy, where 153 Commonwealth Casualties are listed and is the only soldier on our memorial who is a casualty outside of the ‘Western Front’ as far as we are aware.
Arthur’s wife’s brother was Private John Henry Shannon who is also listed on the Jacksdale Memorial, having been killed in action in June 1917.
It is an interesting coincidence that a Cpl Thomas Wrightson, listed on the Jacksdale Memorial as served, was also a resident of Laverick Road, also served in the 11th Btn Sherwood Foresters and had a service number of 268910, the very next number along from Arthur!
